Liberty Mutual appointed Adam Pancoast to lead the E&S Primary Casualty business of its Ironshore unit.
Pancoast, who is based in Atlanta, is responsible for all aspects of strategy, appetite, product innovation and distribution. As National Manager, E&S Casualty, Pancoast will report to Toby Smith, Liberty Mutual Global Risk Solutions President, North America Specialty Environmental and US Casualty.
Pancoast most recently served as Regional Vice President, Senior Underwriting Manager at Ironshore, and has more than 13 years of experience with Liberty Mutual and Ironshore.

Cyber MGU At-Bay hired Argo Group and AXIS veteran executive Tom McArdle as its new National Broker Executive.
McArdle brings more than two decades of underwriting experience to At-Bay, most recently serving as Senior Vice President at Argo Group, where he oversaw management liability, financial institutions and E&O lines in the Central region. He previously served as Senior Vice President at AXIS, contributing to building out the management liability and professional liability book of business.
McArdle joins At-Bay following its $205 million Series D Funding round co-led by Icon Ventures and Lightspeed Venture Partners. The company also recently disclosed a new partnership with Microsoft designed to help customers strengthen their cyber security posture. An AXA XL veteran is the new CEO of Insurance at Vantage Group Holdings Ld.

Bermuda-based Vantage Group Holdings Ltd. named Alex Blanco as CEO of Insurance, with a mission of leading the growth and development of its insurance business.
Blanco has more than 25 years of industry experience across professional and specialty lines of business. Most recently he was chief underwriting officer – Specialty, Americas, at AXA XL after serving as chief underwriting officer – professional E&O and cyber insurance for XL Insurance, and as a managing director of XL Group.
Vantage was established in late 2020 and began writing reinsurance risk on Jan. 1, 2021, through its Bermuda Class 4 company, Vantage Risk Ltd. The Bermuda carrier has since expanded its offering to include select insurance products. In the U.S., Vantage launched a surplus lines carrier, Vantage Risk Specialty Insurance Co.
