Neptune Flood has expanded its flood insurance products to now include all National Flood Insurance Program product types.
Neptune, which has previously offered flood insurance for 1-4 family homes, Main Street businesses, today adds RCBAP (Residential Condominium Building Association Policy) along with policies for apartment buildings, co-op’s, hotels, motels and inns.
Neptune, which relies on artificial intelligence to shape coverage, is available via 10,000+ insurance agents across 48 states, the District of Columbia and online at neptuneflood.com.

Zurich North America launched an Occupational Accident & Employers Work Injury Liability Insurance Policy for nonsubscribers to the workers compensation system in Texas.
The new offering comes from the collaboration with program administrator CPro Associates, whose principals over 30 years ago developed the first occupational injury coverage for Texas employers who opt out of the workers compensation system, referred to as “nonsubscribers.”

Berkshire Hathaway GUARD Insurance Companies is further expanding the company’s Professional Liability products, which include coverage for Lawyers, Architects and Engineers, Accountants, and nearly 100 more classes of business.
GUARD said it added Professional Liability for Laywers in Alabama and New Mexico, for Accountants, for Accountants in Arizona and Illinois, and for Architects and Engineers in Missouri. In all, the company has introduced products from their suite of Professional Liability coverages in eight states this year with plans for a dozen more by year end.
Berkshire Hathaway GUARD’s Professional Liability product includes a variety of complementary services including online training videos, a risk-management help line and website for lawyers, and 24/7 self-service features via an online service center and mobile app.

Arch Insurance is partnering with ProHost USA, a Minneapolis-based insurance program administrator that provides specialty packages customized for the restaurant industry.
ProHost USA is part of Distinguished Programs, a program administrator with a national reach, which the companies claim will make it easy for retail agents to learn about the new program through Distinguished Programs’ sales team.
