Zurich Insurance is focusing on helping business clients harmed by the coronavirus pandemic with a new podcast series.
The series – Risk Insights: Coronavirus – will highlight “key risk management leaders” who will focus on helping listeners manage the evolving COVID-19 crisis and plan strategies that help protect their businesses, employees and communities in which they operate, Zurich said.
“Helping our customers understand and manage emerging and evolving risk is at the center of all that we do. We know many businesses are seeking guidance as they continue to manage the evolution and impacts of COVID-19,” Colleen Zitt, incoming chief risk officer for Zurich North America, said in prepared remarks. “The insights within our podcast series are designed for business risk managers, CFOs, insurance distributors and others who are in charge of mitigating risks throughout their organizations.”
Zurich said that the first six episodes are currently available on the podcast platforms Stitcher and Spotify. They will be coming soon to Apple and Google, and they’re also available on Zurich’s Coronavirus Resource Hub at www.zurichna.com/covid19.
The short episodes, ranging from four to 10 minutes in length, cover all types of coronavirus scenarios with which businesses find themselves dealing. Current segments focus on helping to stop the thread, supply chains, reducing the spread in company facilities, cyber risks from remote working during coronavirus, effective risk management for businesses and crisis standards of care for healthcare facilities.
