Guidewire Software, Inc. has a new CEO.
The insurance software company recently said it appointed Mike Rosenbaum, former EVP Product at Salesforce, as chief executive officer and to the Board of Directors. Meanwhile, former CEO Marcus Ryu has transitioned to become chairman of Guidewire’s Board of Directors. Former Chairman, Peter Gassner, will continue to serve as an independent director.
