CNA moved into a new state-of-the-art global headquarters, marking its official opening on June 1.
The Chicago-based insurer’s new space at 151 North Franklin Street in Chicago’s Loop business district will house 1,700 employees. CNA, founded in 1897, has housed its headquarters in the Chicago Loop since 1900, but the company will now operate in a modern space designed to promote more innovation and collaboration, CNA Chairman and CEO Dino Robusto said in prepared remarks.
“It is about a workspace that enables and encourages collaboration across all functions and dimensions,” Robusto said.
CNA explained that the new headquarters, its 6,300 employees and 79 locations are benefiting from companywide technology upgrades designed to enable faster internal and external connections. As a result, CNA has the ability to better deliver products and services to customers in all locations, the insurer said.
CNA commended John Buck, The John Buck Company and IA Interior Architects for delivering a next-generation workplace that made CNA’s vision of a new global headquarters a reality.
CNA’s employee, department and toll-free phone numbers, as well as PO Box addresses, have not changed.
