What’s the first thing you do every day?
Check my iPhone. If you work for a global company like I do, you know that first thing in the morning there will be emails and messages from colleagues who already have as much as a full workday in before I’ve had my first cup of coffee. I’ve got to be responsive to their requests as they are responsive to my requests. We operate a global company, helping other global companies address their insurance needs worldwide. It takes a lot of coordination and responsiveness.
