What’s the first thing you do every day?

Take a look at my iPhone to check email and texts. Being part of a global organization means things are happening around the clock. Are you always plugged into the office? I am almost always accessible, but I aim to take short breaks (a walk in the morning or evening, for example). When I’m on trips with my family, I set aside a specific time each day to check in with the team or review emails, then try to carve out time where I step away from the technology.
