Sean McDermott is the Director of Consulting Services at Towers Watson, leading the Capital Division. He was previously Executive Vice President and Chief Actuary for AXIS Insurance, where he coordinated worldwide actuarial services. McDermott is a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society, Member of the American Academy of Actuaries, a Chartered Enterprise Risk Analyst, Associate Member of the Society of Actuaries in Ireland and a Member of the Professional Liability Underwriters Association.
