Charles Rowley is director of DA Strategy, a company he founded in 2015 to provide delegated authority advice to insurers, brokers and coverholders/managing general agents. With 25 years of delegated authority experience, Rowley was previously head of Delegated Authority at Catlin (now AXA XL Catlin), a position he held for 13 years. He studied Natural Sciences at Cambridge University, rowed for the University Lightweight Rowing team, is ACII qualified and more recently completed the Lloyd’s London Business School executive leadership program.
